Press Operator PositionWe have a rare opening available for our Press Operator position in our Distribution and Manufacturing Plant located in Saratoga Springs, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to work with our award-winning dairy team!Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 an hour.Requirements:Must be detail oriented, reliable, organized and have strong communication skillsMust be self-motivated, trustworthy, safety conscious and possess good sanitation (cleaning) practices.Must be able to multitask and work independently.Reliable and able to work a rotating schedule.Ability to work in an environment with a variety of temperatures and moderate noise level.Must adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices including wearing a company issued uniform, a hairnet, beard net, no jewelry, and no excessive makeup.Basic Math Skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing.Must be able to lift 50 lbs.Duties:Product batching.Operation of pasteurizer.Testing and offloading of incoming milk tankers (able to obtain a milk receiver's license).Learn CIP (Clean in Place) functions of tanks and line circuits.Cleaning of equipment and environment.Other duties as assigned.Schedule:This position requires a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts starting at 1pm in the afternoon.Starting Base Pay: $26.00/hr.Can make up to $29.00/hr. with shift diff ($1.50/hr.) and incentive pay (up to $1.50/hr.)Earn an extra $1/hr. for all hours worked on Sundays.We Offer:Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), an employer paid retirement fund.Health, Vision, and Dental benefits package.YMCA discount program.Positive work environment with growth opportunities and career establishment.Overtime as available.To help provide our employees with a safe work environment, we are a drug-free workplace.
