Dairy Reproductive Specialist (AI Technician) – Part-TimeGENEX Cooperative is seeking a Dairy Reproductive Specialist (AI Technician) – Part-Time in MN to provide professional and personalized artificial insemination service and breeding program assistance to members and customers resulting in improved profit potential and satisfaction. In addition, the successful candidate will sell GENEX semen, services, products, and programs to achieve sales goals and develop new business in sales area.This position is 90% dairy emphasis and 10% beef emphasis.Major Areas of Responsibility:Provide artificial insemination (AI) services to members and customersProvide breeding program assistance to members and customersSell GENEX AI services, semen, products, and programsProvide reproductive management expertise to members that will improve reproductive performance in their herdsConsistently make farm visits with prospects to develop and gain new customersQualifications:Dairy background with breeding experience and heat detection on large farms preferredAggressive sales and service person who is self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamValid Driver's LicenseMust possess communication and people skillsComputer skills are required; and ability to work with herd management software is a plusWillingness to learn and develop both personally and professionallyAbout Us:GENEX is dedicated to providing our member-owners and customers – dairy and beef cattle producers around the globe – with advanced genetic and reproductive solutions.
