Job description
Trusted Home Service Partners, a Dallas-based private equity portfolio company, is seeking an M&A Analyst to evaluate acquisition opportunities and support deal execution.
You will work closely with senior management and multi-site teams, performing due diligence, preparing investment packages, and drafting LOIs and agreements.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in accounting/FP&A or due diligence, strong Excel and presentation skills, and a growth-minded, collaborative approach.
