Job description
Compass is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to generate and qualify new business opportunities in our Dallas market. This on-site role focuses on educating Compass Agents about our value proposition and coordinating with SGMs to build a strong pipeline.
You will cultivate relationships, lead client meetings, and drive strategic growth initiatives while collaborating across teams to refine processes and expand into new geographies.
