nAfter launching in Austin during the pandemic, we've found that families absolutely love our unique in-home care model ! You can find some of our patient reviews here to get a better feel. We're now live in the Dallas area and looking to grow our early team!

nFor our providersnnElevating the NP role to that of pediatrician
nSmaller patient panel with fewer visits per day (more time with each family)
nTech solutions to make your job easier, with a focus on reducing the time you spend on documentation
nSupportive and accessible admin/exec team that recognizes your value and cares deeply about your job satisfaction

n nThis Role: Part-Time In-Home Visits, Extremely Flexible Hours
nnWe are looking to add someone to our team for the equivalent of ~1-2 full day per week (primarily sick visits, but the possibility of well-child visits)nnNote: This could mean multiple half days, or another arrangement
n
nWe offer optional 'flex appointments,' allowing you to pick up additional appointments when they become available (during business hours + after hours) for a set rate. If this is interesting, we can discuss further
nThis position includes virtual care (text messages, phone calls, and video visits) throughout your work day
nThere is potential for this to evolve into a Full-Time position, if desired
nFor the right candidate we are willing to be very flexible on hours (and can make this arrangement work with another FT job) - let's chat possibilities!
