Job description
PGIM, the private capital arm of Prudential Financial, is seeking a seasoned investment leader in Dallas to originate and manage debt investments across the Southern U.S. You will lead a team, structure complex transactions, and collaborate with counsel and investment committees.
The role requires strong analytical skills, a track record in debt investments, and the ability to travel for networking and deal execution. A Bachelor's degree is required, with CFA or MBA preferred.
