Job description
Spicer Group is seeking a Dam Practice Lead to oversee dam-related projects within the Surface Water division. The role focuses on quality, schedule adherence, budget compliance, and effective utilization of the Dam Practice.
Responsibilities include invoicing, proposal development, contract negotiations, and marketing activities, along with mentoring technical staff and collaborating across service areas. PE licensure and travel are required.
