Flex/Float Security Officer – Healthcare SettingLocations: New Milford & Danbury, CTPay Rate: $19.50 per hourAbout the RoleWe're looking for Flex Security Officers to work in a healthcare environment at our New Milford and Danbury locations. This role helps protect patients, staff, visitors, and property while maintaining a professional and caring presence.Schedule RequirementsFlex position – must be available for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts as neededMay include weekdays, weekends, and holidays as neededKey ResponsibilitiesPatrol and monitor facility premisesObserve and report safety or security concernsRespond to incidents and follow established proceduresProvide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staffEnforce facility rules and regulations in a professional mannerComplete clear and accurate incident reportsRequirementsMust be able to work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts as neededPhysical examination requiredDrug test requiredHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periodsPreferred QualificationsPrevious security experienceValid CT State security guard card/licenseWe help make your world a safer place.Securitas is a global company that offers the most advanced and sustainable security solutions in the industry.
