Job description
Dance Studio Manager (Sales & Talent Development)
We're looking for a leader who loves developing people and building high-performing teams. You may be a sales manager, fitness manager, hospitality leader, coach, trainer, teacher, or business professional who has successfully motivated others to achieve results.
You should have:
3+ years of leadership or management experience
Strong people-development and coaching skills
Experience leading performance-driven teams
Confidence in sales and customer relationship building
High energy, accountability, and a growth mindset
Dance experience is a plus, but not required.
