Are you fluent in Danish and looking for an incredible opportunity to work (remotely) in Greece? At Mercier Consultancy MD , we are thrilled to announce that we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Danish Speaking Customer Representative .
This position includes paid relocation to Greece, allowing you to embrace a new environment while providing outstanding service to our clients.
Your Role:
Deliver exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled with professionalism and care
Utilize various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat, to assist customers effectively
Become knowledgeable in our client systems to provide high-quality service efficiently
Collaborate with team members to ensure swift resolution of customer issues
Requirements
Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients
Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction
Willingness to learn and utilize new technologies for remote work
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving in a dynamic setting
Openness to relocating to Greece for this exceptional opportunity!
