Join Our Team as a Data Analyst and Drive Innovation in Autonomous Transportation!

As a Data Analyst within our dynamic operations team, you will play a vital role in harnessing data to enhance operational readiness, optimize staffing strategies, and boost service performance. What You’ll Bring:
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python (including Pandas), and data manipulation tools
Experience developing operational models, capacity planning, and forecasting solutions
Exceptional analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to data accuracy and quality
Excellent communication skills capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with workforce management platforms like NICE or UKG
Background in building staffing and capacity planning models
Familiarity with large-scale operational or service environments, including fleet or contact centers
Preferred Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
3–5 years of experience in data analysis, operations analytics, or a similar role
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work at least 3 days onsite in Foster City, CA
Completion of background check and drug screening upon offer
