Position: Data Analyst – Power BI & SQL & MES
Location: Waukegan, IL 60087 – 100% Onsite
Duration: 36-Month Contract

Local candidates are preferred, must be onsite.
I am looking for a hands-on Data Analyst with 10+ years U.S. professional experience to develop dashboards, analyze operational data, and provide actionable insights to business and operations leadership. Must come from a Manufacturing background - industry including MES experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong Power BI dashboard development experience
SQL – ability to write queries and analyze data
Must come from a manufacturing background with experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
Advanced Microsoft Excel
Data cleansing, transformation, validation, and analysis
KPI/dashboard development and reporting
Experience combining data from multiple systems/sources
Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills
Experience gathering requirements directly from business stakeholders
Ability to work 100% onsite in Waukegan, IL
In this role you will
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting
Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data
Clean, transform, validate, and reconcile large datasets
Identify trends, performance gaps, and root causes
Automate recurring reporting and improve existing dashboards
Translate business needs into reporting and analytics solutions
Present findings to business and operations leadership
Support operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred skills
SAP, MES, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Power Apps, manufacturing analytics, supply chain analytics, pharmaceutical experience, Lean/Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence.
