Capital One seeks a Data Analysis Manager within the Office of the Chief Data Officer, Central Analytics and Reporting to drive data risk metrics, dashboards, and data governance. You will partner with leaders across lines of business, define standardized metrics, and mentor a team of analysts in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in data analytics and programming, experience with Python/R/Spark/SQL, and a track record in project and people management.
