Data Scientist / Analytics Lead - Gaming Focus -
ONSITE S. Palm Beach County location
We are seeking ahighly agile Data Scientist to drive real-time insights that directly influencegame performance, player behavior, and business decisions . This role requires someone who canthink on their feet , connect patterns quickly, and translate data into action in a fast-moving gaming environment.
What This Role Does
Owngame and business KPIs , from definition through ongoing optimization
Build and evolvedashboards and analytics used daily by Game Design and Leadership
Analyze player behavior, game performance, and experiments (A/B testing)
Quickly identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities - and act on them
Translate complex data intoclear, compelling stories that drive decisions
Partner closely withGame Designers, Product, and Management in a rapid-iteration environment
What We’re Looking For
Stronganalytical instincts and the ability to problem-solve independently
Comfort working withincomplete or evolving data
Experience influencing decisions, not just reporting numbers
Bachelor’s degree inStatistics, Applied Math, Data Science , or related field
Proficiency withSQL, Tableau or Power BI, Excel , andPython or R
Experience withA/B testing and performance measurement
Nice to Have
Experience withpredictive modeling, machine learning, or AI
Familiarity withgaming or online player data (slots a plus)
Experience withSnowflake and modern data stacks
