Purchasing Analyst 1We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Purchasing Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and planning, with hands-on real-life experience in SAP S4 HANA Purchase Order Management and advanced in Excel data management. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a collaborative mindset to drive process improvements and support team success.Location: Beaverton, OR (Need local candidates, No remote/ relocation available) Salary Range: $35-37Required Skills & Qualifications:1-2 years' experience required in a corporate environment (purchasing/analyst roles preferred)Utilize advanced Excel functions (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, cross-workbook management) for data mining, reporting, and task automationExcellent communication skillsAbility to navigate a PC and its programsSAP S4 experienceCross functional communication experiencePrior work experience at client or in client's IndustryApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Prior Client experience (within the last 2 years)Strong knowledge of supply chainDay-to-Day Responsibilities:Participate in bi-monthly purchase order execution, support planning buy requests and manage through all the different purchase order change requests from twelve different teams.Manage and organize email communications to ensure timely responses and task completion.Create supply during a buy week.Work in SAP S4 HANA and Client Custom Bots.Individuals will be responsible for a sport focus business where they will participate in bi-monthly purchase order execution, support planning buy requests and manage through all the different purchase order change requests from twelve different teams.
