Overview
Functional Manager role (no direct reports at this time, but the role could evolve into management).
Qualifications
Experience with campaign management, pharmacy, customer insights, consumer research, pricing and promotion.
Extensive experience improving data quality and data integrity on a large scale.
Experience working across the organization from sales, marketing, and IT.
Responsibilities
Consult with cross‑functional partners in IT and Analytics on data ingestion and database design, identifying areas for optimization.
Communicate processes and changes to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Perform problem identification and resolution across the organization.
Meet with business partners, make recommendations, and perform systems analysis and major fixes.
