Job description
Role Overview:
Define the overarching enterprise data strategy, governance frameworks, and data models to transform raw data assets into actionable business capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for complex cloud and hybrid environments.
Establish enterprise-wide data governance, metadata management, and data quality standards.
Guide migration strategies from legacy databases to modern cloud-native data platforms.
Partner with engineering leadership to align database schemas with high-throughput service requirements.
Qualifications:
8+ years designing enterprise data architectures; expertise in relational, NoSQL, and graph databases; mastery of data modeling methodologies (Kimball/Vault); strong background in cloud data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift).
