Job description
KALCON is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality control programs across data-center construction projects. You will coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to implement structured QC processes, drive improvement, and ensure compliance across all project phases.
You will mentor QC staff, develop site QC programs, manage documentation and inspections, and report metrics to the Senior QC Manager.
