Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an Associate Director for the Data Center Component Integrated Product Team (CIPT) – Control Boxes. You will own the Fans commodity strategy from design release through production ramp, coordinating across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality to meet commitments.

This role leads a matrix CIPT, drives sourcing and industrialization decisions, builds capacity, and ensures on-time, on-cost delivery while managing risks.
