Data Center Infrastructure OEM Sales ExpertPen Manufacturing is seeking a Data Center Infrastructure OEM Sales expert to lead strategic business development and expansion within hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center ecosystems. This role is responsible for securing and scaling long-term OEM and infrastructure manufacturing partnerships supporting mission-critical data center builds across North America.We are looking for a senior commercial leader with strong experience in OEM manufacturing environments who understands how to build durable, high-value infrastructure partnerships.Role OverviewDevelop and expand OEM relationships within the data center infrastructure ecosystemDrive new business with hyperscalers, integrators, and critical infrastructure providersStructure long-term manufacturing agreements and production programsBuild executive-level relationships with procurement, engineering, and operations leadersLead pricing strategy, proposal development, and contract negotiationsAlign customer requirements with engineering and manufacturing capabilitiesSupport strategic growth and vertical expansion initiativesIdeal Background10–20+ years of sales or strategic account leadership experienceDirect experience selling into data center infrastructure requiredExisting relationships with OEMs, hyperscalers, or infrastructure providers strongly preferredBackground in sheet metal fabrication, welding, electrical infrastructure, or electromechanical assemblies preferredProven success securing large-scale OEM production programsStrong executive presence and ability to operate at senior customer levelsCandidates without direct data center or OEM manufacturing experience will not be considered.Compensation: $70,000–130,000 Commission Bonus: $0–300,000+ per yearCompetitive base salary plus performance-based incentive Uncapped commission tied to OEM revenue growth Clear path to expanded commercial leadership as the data center division scales
