Job description
Meta is seeking an experienced Data Center Site Selection Manager to lead acquisition and leasing negotiations for large-scale data center projects. The role requires strong due diligence, market analysis, and collaboration across legal, finance, and operations teams.
Travel up to 25% domestically is expected. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in data center capacity projects, familiarity with Modified Gross, NNN, and YoC lease structures, and a track record of running leasing programs.
