Job description
Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Operations Technician to support and optimize AWS data center infrastructure. In this role, you will monitor and maintain critical compute, storage, and network systems, respond to incidents, and perform preventative maintenance to ensure high availability of cloud services. You will execute standard operating procedures, troubleshoot hardware issues, and collaborate with engineering teams to implement improvements. Working in AWS’s customer-obsessed and data-driven culture, you’ll learn cutting-edge cloud technologies, contribute to large-scale technical solutions, and grow in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment.
