You'll play a critical role in:
Managing project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and financial performance
Driving project schedules and critical path milestones
Coordinating major trade partners including electrical, mechanical, civil, and specialty contractors
Leading RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change management processes
Building strong relationships with owners, consultants, and project stakeholders
Supporting the successful delivery of some of the region's most high-profile mission-critical projects

Assistant Project Managers ready to step into a Project Manager role
Current Project Managers seeking larger projects and faster progression
Senior Project Managers looking to lead a long-term pipeline of major projects
Electrical, Mechanical, Concrete, or Civil subcontractor Project Managers
Experience within data centers, mission critical, industrial, life sciences, healthcare, higher education, or large-scale commercial construction
Direct data center experience is highly desirable, but not essential for candidates with strong construction fundamentals and the ability to operate in complex project environments.
What's On The Table
Total Compensation: $150K-$200K+
Base salary: $110K-$150K
Sign-on bonus available
