Job description
Gilbane Building Company is seeking a Safety Manager to supervise all safety efforts on a single large data center project. The role includes coaching teams, enforcing safety plans, and coordinating with insurance carriers and clients.
The candidate will lead SafetyNet inspections, provide training, and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in safety-related field, 4–5 years of construction safety management, and BCSP or equivalent credentials.
