Job description
Innova Solutions is seeking a Senior Sales Manager – Data Center to lead sales operations for the Data Center business in Plano, TX. You will own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and revenue reporting, partnering with Revenue Operations, Finance and Delivery teams to align forecast with bookings and capacity.
The ideal candidate has 8–12+ years in Sales Operations or related fields, with Data Center experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong Salesforce skills for reports and dashboards.
