Willing to travel Monday-Friday and remain onsite at a single project location until completion
Open to supporting projects in Abilene, TX, Saline, MI, Port Washington, WI, and Anthony, NM
Overview
We are seeking a Site Deployment Manager to lead site readiness and deployment execution for large-scale data center and critical infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for coordinating construction, commissioning, operations, engineering, logistics, network, security, and vendor teams to ensure sites are deployment-ready and successfully transitioned into operations.
The ideal candidate has experience managing complex infrastructure projects, driving cross-functional execution, resolving deployment roadblocks, and ensuring projects remain on schedule through operational handoff.
What You’ll Do
Lead deployment and readiness efforts for data center infrastructure projects and site expansions
Manage schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting
Coordinate across construction, commissioning, engineering, operations, logistics, and vendor teams
Drive resolution of deployment blockers impacting site readiness
Support commissioning, turnover, and operational handoff activities
Facilitate readiness reviews, risk assessments, and stakeholder meetings
Improve deployment processes, playbooks, and operational standards
Travel to project sites and serve as the primary deployment lead through site completion
This is a highly visible role supporting major infrastructure deployments from initial readiness through operational turnover. Ideal for candidates who enjoy field execution, cross-functional leadership, and delivering complex projects in fast-paced environments.
