Job Description Job Description We are hiring General Labor / Construction Technicians for a large, high-volume data center construction project in Ft. Wayne, IN. This is a great opportunity for anyone with general construction experience - or the right attitude and willingness to learn - looking to get on a fast-moving, high-overtime project right away.
What You'll Be Doing
General labor and construction support on an active data center job site
Working alongside a large crew on a 24-hour operation
Following all site safety protocols and procedures
What You Need
General construction experience preferred - cabling experience a plus
Entry-level candidates welcome; the right attitude matters more than years of experience
Willing and able to work 6 days/week, 12-hour shifts (day or night), with heavy overtime
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening as required for this site
Nice to Have
Prior experience on large commercial or industrial construction projects
What You Don't Need
No specific certifications required to start - training support is available for the right candidates
