Job description
The Judge Group in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced Data Leader to guide the EDW/Data Engineering and warehousing teams. You will manage 15–20 professionals across developers, QA, BSA, scrum and product owners in a regulated environment such as insurance, healthcare or banking.
This role requires hands-on understanding of data workflows and strong communication with stakeholders to translate business needs into data initiatives, while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance.
