Job description
Performance Contracting Group is seeking an Innovation Analyst to join the Innovation & Advancement Department in Lenexa, KS. You will support planning, tracking, and communication of innovation initiatives, collaborating with leadership and stakeholders across the organization to improve programs and delivery.
You will help build KPI dashboards, manage initiative roadmaps, and facilitate data-driven decisions while coordinating administrative tasks and vendor relationships.
