Job description
Wellington Management Company is looking for a People Analytics & Operations Leader to design and manage firm-wide HR analytics and operations. This role is hybrid, based in Boston, and focuses on leading a high-performing team while using insights to drive business effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR analytics, Workday expertise, and the ability to engage with senior leaders. The compensation range is USD 120,000 – 225,000, along with extensive benefits and a flexible work schedule.
