This is an opportunity for a Data Engineer with strong SQL, Python, and dbt skills to join a team that's building a scalable cloud-based data environment from the ground up.
You’ll work alongside experienced data professionals and implementation partners to develop pipelines, transform data, and help create the foundation that powers reporting, analytics, and future AI initiatives across the business.

What You’ll Do
Build and maintain data pipelines using SQL, Python, and modern ELT practices
Develop and optimize dbt models that support analytics and business reporting
Integrate data from multiple business systems into a centralized cloud data warehouse
Improve data quality, reliability, and accessibility across the organization
Partner closely with analytics and business teams to deliver trusted datasets
Support the implementation of a new Snowflake environment and modern data platform
Contribute to data governance, documentation, and best practices as the platform grows

What We’re Looking For
Approximately 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or a related field
Strong SQL skills with experience working with large datasets
Hands‑on Python experience for data processing and automation
Experience building and maintaining dbt models
Exposure to data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data platforms
Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data transformation best practices
Strong problem‑solving skills and desire to learn in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
Nice to Have
Snowflake experience
Fivetran experience
Experience supporting BI or analytics teams
Exposure to data governance or data quality initiatives
Experience working in a cloud data environment

Up to $165,000 Base Salary

Ideal Candidate
A Data Engineer with around 3 years of experience who is confident with SQL, Python, and dbt, eager to grow in a modern cloud environment, and excited by the opportunity to help build something from the ground up rather than maintain legacy systems.
