We're looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team in the United States. Accurately input, verify, and maintain data in company databases and systems with exceptional precision
Perform data entry tasks using various software applications and tools, including Excel and specialized data management platforms
Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Organize and categorize data according to established protocols and company standards
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve data discrepancies and clarify information
Generate routine reports and summaries from entered data to support business decision-making
Respond professionally to data-related inquiries from internal teams and external customers
Meet established deadlines while maintaining high accuracy standards
Identify and communicate potential data issues or process improvements to management
Adapt to changing priorities and handle ad hoc data entry requests with flexibility and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data management software
Strong typing skills with the ability to maintain accuracy at a consistent pace
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Professional demeanor and reliable work ethic
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Administrative experience or background in data-related functions (preferred)
Familiarity with data import/export processes (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
