Joining JSA with the world's largest autograph exemplar library, this is your chance to work with some of the most exciting collectibles in the world. Whether it's a Hall of Famer's baseball, a Hollywood legend's movie poster, or a rare historical document, every autograph has a tale to tell. In this role, you'll work hands-on with some of the most exciting collectibles in the world, using our expertise to protect their value and preserve their legacy for fans and collectors alike.We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Customer Service representative. In this role, you will be responsible for producing letters and preparing authentication documents while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.What You Will Do As A Data Entry And Customer Specialist:Producing letters of authentication with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailContacting customers to gather necessary information and ensuring the timely delivery of documentsProviding exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional mannerMaintaining accurate records of customer interactions and document productionAssisting with other administrative tasks as neededWhat Makes You The Ideal Candidate:High school diploma or equivalent1-2 years of experience in an administrative role that requires strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskProficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSkills: Data entry, customer service, attention to detail, multitasking, contacting customersIf you are a self-starter with a focus on customer service and data accuracy, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Why you will love working with us:Hourly rate of $17, Full-Time, Monday-FridayComprehensive benefits including Medical, Vision, and Dental InsurancePTO & Paid Holidays401(k) retirement planCareer Development & Learning opportunitiesWe understand that not everyone checks every box on a job description.
