Data Entry Assistant
Frederick, MD | Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time
A growing manufacturing company serving the commercial construction industry is seeking a
Data Entry Assistant
to support its CNC Programming team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong computer skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
This position is focused on
data entry and administrative support
and does
not
involve operating CNC machinery.
Responsibilities
Enter production and job-related data into specialized software systems.
Support the CNC Programmer with accurate and timely information entry.
Review documents and data for accuracy and completeness.
Perform basic mathematical calculations as needed.
Maintain organized electronic records and files.
Follow established procedures and work instructions.
Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong computer and data entry skills.
Basic math aptitude.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to learn specialized software programs.
Dependable, coachable, and willing to follow established processes.
Professional and team-oriented attitude.
Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
Schedule
Flexible start time of 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM.
Full-time, 40-hour work week.
Overtime available as needed.
Work Environment
On-site position in Frederick, MD.
Casual dress code.

Compensation & Benefits
$20+/hour (based on experience).
