Data Entry AssociatePrideStaff is currently seeking an experienced Data Entry Associate for a well known organization in the Lockport, IL area. This is a TEMP TO HIRE full time position on 1st shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping. Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Pay Rate: $17-$20 (DOE)Responsibilities:Enter variety of data using current technologyPrepare and sort documents for data entryCreate and maintain logs for tracking purposesReview and enter data updates in the systemsReview discrepancies in data receivedAdvise supervisor of issues related to dataSkills and Qualifications:Previous experience in data entry or other related fieldsExcellent typing skillsStrong communication and organizational skillsReliable and trustworthy – able to maintain confidentiality, high productivity and meet deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook requiredAble to read, write, and perform basic mathematical computationsAble to consistently deliver outstanding customer service via phone/email interactionsKnowledge of statistical reporting helpfulComputer literate, able to type 55+ wpm with a high degree of accuracyEducation/Experience:High school completion or equivalent1-3 years of previous data entry experience and administrative experienceIf you are interested in this position, please send over your resume to of working with PrideStaff:Medical, Rx, and Wellness BenefitsDental and Vision Plan OptionsShort-term Disability401(k) Retirement PlanHoliday PayPrideStaff can offer you a wide-range of rewarding career options.
