Data Entry SpecialistWe're seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support a large customer account migration project. In this role, you'll help consolidate customer purchasing activity into a new ERP system by reviewing account information, updating records, communicating changes to customers, and ensuring data accuracy throughout the transition process.Key ResponsibilitiesReview, validate, and update customer account informationPerform data cleanup including addresses, contacts, and account recordsSupport customer account migration efforts within a new ERP environmentSend customer communications, FAQs, and project updatesManage mass email campaigns and track responsesCommunicate with customers via phone and email regarding account changesPartner with internal teams including Procurement, Finance, and Project ManagementMaintain accurate records and documentationResearch and resolve data discrepanciesWhat They're Looking For2-4 years of customer service, account support, operations, or administrative experienceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBasic to intermediate Excel skills (filtering, sorting, updating spreadsheets, working with large datasets)Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environmentNice-to-Have ExperienceCustomer account data managementERP systemsData migration or system conversion projectsCustomer communications regarding business or process changesJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN 55413.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
