Data Entry ClericalNSC Staffing has an immediate opening for a full time Data Entry for manufacturing in a precision Sheet Metal Fabricating plant in Newport News, VA.Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Pay rate: $18- $22.00Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Data Entry Engineering Support professional to join our team. In this paid position, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate data records, supporting engineering and manufacturing processes, and ensuring seamless data flow across various systems. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will help drive efficiency and quality in our operations.ResponsibilitiesRepresent our company in a professional and positive manner.Data Entry of all incoming customer orders.Create Job Packets of all customer orders for production.Create Bills of Materials from customer drawings.Create physical and digital records for new items.Produce and Update complex Excel spreadsheet reports.Discuss discrepancies with supervisors and customers.Answer customer inquiries -requires communicating with buyers, engineers, and production supervisors by phone and email.Communicate with our engineers and supervisors by phone, email and in person.Call customers to maintain relationships.File physical and digital part drawings, purchase orders, etc.Scan documents to server.Print labels.Answer phones, route phone calls, take messages.Other Miscellaneous projects or duties as assigned.SkillsAttention to detail.At NSC Staffing our company culture is strong!
