Job PostingFully remote but MUST be located in Massachusetts - the hours are M-F 4pm-10pm A fast-paced commercial services company is seeking a temporary Data Entry Specialist to help streamline email inquiry processes. This role ensures all client emails are properly logged, tracked, and escalated to the appropriate team. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working evenings and weekends.Responsibilities:Monitor a shared company email inbox for client inquiriesLog tickets accurately into the internal systemNotify the on-duty supervisor when tickets are loggedEnsure all inquiries are tracked and addressed promptlyRequirements:Prior data entry or customer service experienceStrong technical skills and comfort navigating internal systemsHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsAvailability to work evenings and weekend shiftsIf you are interested in this role send me an email at
