Data Entry SpecialistGarden City, NY, United States Remote Career Or refer someone Job Openings Data Entry SpecialistAbout The Job Data Entry SpecialistRemote Career is looking for a full-time Data Entry Specialist in our Accounts Payable Department.This position will be responsible for:Manuel entry of AP invoices into accounting systemScanning of Invoices and coding them to vendor/job.Managing online submitted invoices.Input credit card reconciliation into accounting systemCandidate must be a fast and efficient typer. 90% of the job is data entry.Knowledge of accounts payable is preferred, but not requiredExperience in the construction industry is preferred but not required.This position is 100% in office.Hours are 7:30-4:30Will occasionally be asked to assist with phones for lunch coverage or when the Receptionist is out of the office.Proof of Vaccination required.Additional Information:Remote Career is located in Long Island City, Queens.
