Data Entry SpecialistHumble, TXOCEAN EXPORT SPECIALIST Are you organized, detail-driven, and ready to keep international shipments moving? We're looking for a dependable Ocean Export Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment. What You'll Do:Track & trace Ocean Export files and provide timely reportingUse the Ocean Export Workflow Monitor dailyManage approximately 70 shipments per desk/monthReview and prioritize incoming booking requestsCoordinate workload and capacity with the team and supervisorEnsure shipping documents and notices are completed on timeComplete DSO and invoicing within 5 days of COBMaintain accurate client and vendor billingMinimize canceled invoices and unresolved Draft PayablesCommunicate with customers, overseas partners, and Ocean carriersMeet customer SOP requirements and KPIsMaintain compliance with internal, external, and government regulationsIdeal Candidate: Organized Accountable Detail-Oriented Strong Communicator Team PlayerLogistics experience preferred Strong computer skills Detail-oriented and organized Strong communication skills Able to multitask and meet deadlines Dependable and team-orientedBase Pay: 17.00 per HOURJob Number: Employee Type: TempManage Others: Not SpecifiedTravel: Not SpecifiedPaid Relocation: Not Specified
