Job description
SMBC Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with hands-on software development experience in financial services to design and automate processes using AI and digital tooling. You will translate regulatory and reporting requirements into clear user stories and collaborate with Technology and Risk stakeholders.
You will also lead agile ceremonies as Scrum Master, develop dashboards and prototypes, and ensure data quality and reliable CI/CD delivery across CCAR workflows.
