Data Quality Analyst7 or more years' experience in industry in business and in particular, Data Quality analysis and requirements management from gaps assessment to recommendations, as well as master data lifecycle support. We don't want a coder, but a person who can bring value from the data!Functional / AnalysisHands-on experience in data mapping, data analysis, data profiling is a MUSTData quality metrics Management, business communication, resolution, and support experienceSupporting Business decisions / queries through data analysis and presentation.Able to manage multiple researched data quality issues, and work with business and leadership to resolve them in timely manner.Project and time Management skill a big plusGood Understanding of best practices such Lean Six Sigma, Data lifecycle managementAbility to work in agile environment and work with evolving requirements – balancing the short-term and long-term.Leads and coordinates business modeling efforts and requirements documentationSkills in quick data capture, process, profile, and presentation with findings.Work experience in working with Enterprise Customer, Supplier, and Product data set is strongly preferred.CommunicationsExcellent communicator with good presence in business meetingsExcellent project management skills to manage own activities and project tasksLeadershipFosters communication across team and department including leading meetings and working sessionsArticulate and professional demeanorFacilitator and manages conflicts wellTechnicalUsed one of the more popular Data Profiling tools, not limited to: Data Flux, Informatica IDQ, R StudioUsed Data presentation tools to present findings, not limited to: Excel Pivots/Charts, Tableau, Shiny, PowerpointAble to run SQL queries to extract right dataset.MS Office, Visio fluency and PowerPoint is a niceMDM Project experience is helpfulMethodologiesUnderstanding or certification of Six Sigma, Lean approach, and Agile are helpful BIG PLUS: DISCRETIONARYData Domain Masters (one or more of Customer, Suppliers, Product)Background in operations and ITOracle platformHappy to make a positive difference
