Job description
Otsuka is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager, Data Quality and Metadata Lead to define governance frameworks and enablement for enterprise data assets. This role partners with Data Stewards and Owners to translate strategy into practical guidance, playbooks, and tooling across data quality, metadata, and lineage.
The position emphasizes three pillars: data quality maturity, metadata standards, and platform operationalization (Atlan, Ataccama) to embed governance in workflows.
