Job description
Join Vancor AI as a Data Scientist. You'll analyze complex datasets and partner with engineering to operationalize findings. You'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions for enterprise clients.
What you'll do
Own delivery across data scientist initiatives from design through production
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product stakeholders on roadmap and execution
Apply best practices for quality, security, observability, and maintainability
Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement
Stay current with relevant tools, frameworks, and industry standards
What we're looking for
3+ years of professional experience in data scientist or a closely related role
Strong communication skills and ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams
Hands-on experience shipping production systems for business-critical use cases
Practical problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ownership
