General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is hiring a Data Scientist for an onsite role in Chantilly, Virginia focused on turning big data into actionable solutions.

Provide solutions to client big data challenges while supporting advancement of the mission

Requirements
Education: BA/BS in Information Technology or related field
Experience: 15+ years of related experience
Demonstrated experience providing system engineering support for integration, coordination, and documentation of new COTS capabilities into a customer environment
Demonstrated experience providing data science support for evaluation of new AI/ML capabilities into a customer environment
Demonstrated experience supporting and developing systems leveraging cloud services and cloud infrastructure
Demonstrated experience conducting forensics of multimedia (images, videos, and audio)
Demonstrated experience with current deepfake creation and detection methods
Security Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph
Location: Chantilly, On Customer Site
Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship Required

Salary range: USD 225,250 - 304,750 per yearly
Travel required: Less than 10%

Salary note: The likely salary range is $225,250 - $304,750. Compensation is set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside this range.
