Spotify is looking for a Data Scientist to join its Discovery Mode team. In this role, you will drive the analytical function for the ML squad, improving models that power music recommendations. You'll design experiments, analyze data, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to enhance performance.
Candidates should have a degree in a quantitative field and 4+ years of relevant experience, with strong skills in Python, SQL, and machine learning. Flexibility to work within the EST timezone is provided, along with competitive compensation.
