Job description
INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Data Scientist in New York, NY for a 6-month hybrid engagement. You will build and mature the data foundation behind support and integrity metrics, including LLM-based conversational data, and develop new metrics like Task Completion Rate.
You will design experiments, build dashboards, run RCAs on trends, and present weekly reviews to senior leadership while partnering with engineering and product teams to implement fixes and new measurement needs.
