Job description

SKS Consulting Group is rapidly growing and looking for a doctorallevel psychologist or quantitative scientist who embodies a sense of ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to a highly service-oriented professional services firm. The successful candidate must bring an advanced depth in Assessment science: psychometrics, scale development, item generation, validation, norming, item analysis, differential item and test functioning analysis, and building technical documentation around such.

If you enjoy solving meaningful problems, working with a small yet collaborative team, building scalable tools, and translating data into stories leaders can act on, this position offers variety, autonomy, and real impact. This role sits at the intersection of science, technology, and leadership and helps our internal SKS consultants and clients make confident, evidencebased talent decisions.

Applied analytics: Turn assessment, behavioral, and organizational data into insights leaders can use. Produce recurring reports and support new research initiatives.

Communication & partnership: Work closely with internal consultants, account managers, and external technology partners. Translate technical findings into clear, practical narratives for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
