Job description
Data Support Specialist / Data AnalystSupport an organizational design initiative by capturing, validating, and preparing organization structure data for downstream HR systems. Partner with project Super Users and Design Leads to encapsulate organizational designs in data form. Perform Excel-based data analysis, data cleansing, and data transformation activities to ensure accurate organizational data in preparation for upload to Workday and other systems.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data analysis). Experience working with HR, workforce, or organizational data. Familiarity with organizational design, workforce planning, or HR transformation initiatives. Experience with Workday, including EIBs, data loads, and data validation. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large, complex datasets.Business Partnering, Data Analysis, Excel, Data Visualization, Python, Tableau, SQL are pluses, HR GeneralistThe hourly rate for this position is between $XX-XX per hour.
