Job description
The Outreach Team in Asheville, NC is seeking a Turf Director to lead ground operations for voter contact and registration campaigns. You will organize turf packets, analyze canvass results, and ensure data integrity while coordinating with project and office directors.
Ideal candidates bring VAN, PDI, and GSuite expertise, plus knowledge of NC demographics and district walkability. You will train staff, develop GOTV strategies, and monitor safety and performance throughout the campaign.
